Remember everything you eat can directly affect your unborn child, maybe their entire life. There are a few easy rules to follow. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Eat lots of fresh fruits, and vegetables. Protein from meats is important but also keeps in mind the fat content in some meats. Eat a variety of foods to ensure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals essential for a healthy baby as well as a healthy you.
